What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons jewelry is none returnable.

To start a return, you can contact us atcollectioncamomille@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to 8404 Winterthur.

Are any purchases final sale?

Items on Sale and Jewelry are sadly non returnable.

When will I get my order?

All orders are shipped via Swiss Post within 7 business days of purchase.


We currently ship only within Switzerland.

We also offer:

local delivery within Winterthur City

  • Delivery within 1–2 days
  • Available for addresses within 3.5 km of Winterthur Stadt
  • Free of charge

Local Pickup

  • Free pickup from:
    Hegifeldstrasse, 8404 Winterthur, Switzerland
  • You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and if tracking is applicable you will recieve a link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping in calculated at checkout and Ranges from 12,50 CHF - 24,50 CHF.

This includes the post fee but also packaging costs.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, I offer free gift-ready packaging so your order arrives beautifully wrapped and ready to give.


If you’re sending directly to someone, please leave a note at checkout and I’ll include a handwritten message and gift wrapping.

No pricing information will be included in the package.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items are restocked, but many are made in small quantities and may not return.
If you see something you love, it’s best not to wait too long.

Do you offer digital or physical gift cards?

Yes, I offer digital gift cards that are delivered instantly by email.


Physical gift cards are also available for in-person gifting or mailing.Please contact me for a Physical card and expect delivery times.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, TWINT, and other secure checkout options available in Switzerland.

Where can I shop your products in person?

You can find me at selected markets and partner stores in Zurich and Winterthur.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.Please look at each product description to see their provenance.

Can I request a custom or personalized item?

For certain products like embroidery or workshops, custom options may be available.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with a photo and your order number.

Jewelry - FAQ

How do I care for my gold-plated jewelry?

Most of our pieces are gold-plated over brass, 925 sterling silver, or stainless steel. To keep them looking their best:

  • Keep jewelry dry (avoid wearing it in the shower or swimming).
  • Remove jewelry before sleeping.
  • Avoid direct contact with perfume or harsh chemicals.Refer to individual product descriptions for specific care instructions.
Will the gold plating wear off?

Over time, the fine gold layer may wear off, especially with regular use. Proper care can help preserve the finish. 

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

Yes! Most of earrings are always lead and nickel-free, making them safe for sensitive skin. Refer to individual product descriptions for specific care instructions.

Are your open rings adjustable?

Yes! Our open rings are one-size-fits-all and can be gently adjusted to fit your finger.

What if my beaded ring doesn’t fit?

No problem! Contact us, and we’ll have another one made to your size.

How do I book a workshop?

You can book directly through the website. Simply choose your date and secure your spot.

Can I book a private workshop?

Yes, private group bookings are available. Perfect for birthdays, team events, or creative gatherings.

What is included in a workshop?

All materials are included, and you’ll leave with your own handmade creation.
