The Essentials You Didn't Know You Needed
Okay, let's be real, ski trips are all about precision. Precision turns, precision layering, and precision packing. You've got your skis, your boots, your…everything. But trust me, darling, it's the little things that can make or break your snowy escape. Forget the "I packed everything but my sanity" look. I'm here to spill the tea on the real essentials that got me through a week in the Swiss Alps without resembling a yeti.
First off, my trusty French market bag? Total rockstar. Doubled as a helmet carrier, a snack stash, and basically my emotional support animal.

Under the helmet, it was all about my new glass stud earrings. Just the right pop of color, no danger of them getting snagged on anything (because, let's face it, necklaces and rings on the slopes? Nope.).

Hair-wise, mini scrunchies were my secret weapon for keeping my braids in place under the helmet. Helmet off? Boom. Instant updo with my COUCOU SUZETTE ® hair claw.
The real MVPs. My @sokks.ch thermal socks. Seriously, these things are like wearing a cozy hug on your feet. Perfect for ski boots.

My metallic bead bracelets also made their debut (and passed the test with flying colors—keep an eye out for them on the site soon!).

Pouches kept my jewelry organized (because who wants to untangle a necklace after a day on the slopes?), and polarized sunglasses were essential for those glorious après-ski moments (goggles on the mountain, shades in the lodge, obviously).
Moral of the story? The right accessories are game-changers, whether you're shredding the gnar or just trying to look somewhat presentable while sipping hot chocolate. Let's be honest its many consecutive days of wearring sports under gear, sweaty helmet, sun and loads of fun but even the smallest accessory can make you look more human less yeti while your having fun!
